A deposit of 30 € is required to reserve your appointment

To secure your selected time, your booking is confirmed with a small deposit.
This amount is not lost and always remains yours:
• it is applied to your treatment
• it can be transferred to your next visit
• you can use it in the way that suits you best

Important to know
We work strictly by appointment and reserve a specialist’s time specifically for you.
In case of last-minute cancellation or no-show, this time cannot be offered to another client.

Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy

Your deposit is preserved if:
• you reschedule or cancel at least 48 hours in advance;
• you notify us less than 48 hours in advance due to illness.
In other cases, the deposit is used as compensation for the reserved time.
A new booking requires a new deposit.
