A deposit of 30 € is required to reserve your appointment

To secure your selected time, your booking is confirmed with a small deposit.
This amount is not lost and always remains yours:
• it is applied to your treatment
• it can be transferred to your next visit
• you can use it in the way that suits you best

Important to know
We work strictly by appointment and reserve a specialist’s time specifically for you.
In case of last-minute cancellation or no-show, this time cannot be offered to another client.
After creating a booking, we reserve the time slot for you for 24 hours. If the prepayment is not received within this period, the time becomes available and can be booked by other clients.
The prepayment is non-refundable. Please plan your visit carefully.

Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy

Your deposit is preserved if:
• you reschedule or cancel at least 48 hours in advance;
• you notify us less than 48 hours in advance due to illness.
In other cases, the deposit is used as compensation for the reserved time.
A new booking requires a new deposit.
